Limitation of liability

Except to the extent prohibited by law (including the ACL), Offerdealnetwork and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or third-party services. Our liability for direct loss is limited to the amount paid to us for the relevant service or AUD 500, whichever is greater.

Where you deal with a supplier, that supplier’s terms and insurance obligations apply. We recommend obtaining written confirmation of insurance and safety arrangements from any supplier for major events.

Dispute resolution & complaints

We aim to resolve complaints quickly. If you have an issue with our platform or a supplier, please contact us and we will attempt to mediate. If unresolved, you may pursue remedies under the ACL or contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or your state consumer protection agency.

Email Offerdealnetwork@outlook.com with invoice, supplier name and description of issue. We will acknowledge within 5 business days and propose next steps.

Provide supporting documents (receipts, photos, correspondence). Some remedies under ACL require prompt notification to suppliers.

If informal resolution fails, options include ACCC, state fair trading agencies or small claims tribunals depending on the dispute amount.
